Sign users and roles
Admins, managers, senders and viewers - and My settings.
Settings > Users & roles lists the people in your business and their Sign role. Invite someone new by email; the link works for 7 days.

| Manager | Send, see everyone's documents, manage shared templates and sign forms |
| Sender | Send their own documents, use shared templates, sign what is sent to them |
| Viewer | See and download every document, sign what is sent to them - send nothing |
The business owner is always an admin, and only the owner makes someone an admin. Roles in other Ellibo apps don't carry over.
People you send documents to don't need a role or an account - they sign for free.
My settings
- My signature and My initials: draw or type them once. When a colleague sends you a document and you sign while signed in, Use my saved one is offered.
- Language and dates for the app.
