Get started with Bookings
Start Bookings, set up what people can book, and share your page.
Ellibo Bookings lets customers choose a time with you online. It runs on the same customers and books as your other Ellibo apps, and it works just as well on its own.
Start Bookings
Open Bookings from All Apps and choose your business, or create one. The business owner starts it and becomes its Admin. Every new business gets a 14-day trial with every feature. When the trial ends, the business moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
Bookings makes a few things for you to start with: a Consultation of 30 minutes, an Office hours schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and you as the first staff member.
Take your first booking
Home shows these three steps until your first booking arrives:
- Check your appointment types - rename the Consultation, and set its length and price. See Appointment types.
- Set your hours - and connect your calendar so busy times stay blocked. See Staff and hours and Connect your calendar.
- Share your page - send the link, add it to your website or print the QR code. See Share your booking page.
To add a booking yourself, for a phone call or a walk-in, click + New booking. See Run your day.
On a phone
Every screen works on a phone or tablet. Open Bookings in your browser and choose Install or Add to home screen to use it like an app.
Plans
You pay for each active staff member, meaning the people who take bookings. Anyone else who signs in is free, and staff don't need a sign-in at all.

See your plan under Plan & Billing. If a paid plan runs out without renewal, Bookings becomes read-only until you renew. You can still view and export. See Free trial and plans.
Your booking page always lives at an Ellibo address. You can't use your own domain for it, but you can embed the page on your own website.
