Share your booking page
Your page, links, a QR code, a website embed and private links for one customer.
Go to Share & embed. Everything here works on all plans unless noted.
Your links
- Your booking page - everything public. Put it on your website, social profiles or email signature.
- Each workspace - shows only what that workspace offers, if you have more than one.
- Each appointment - goes straight to one appointment type.
- Each person - shows only what that person takes.
Use Copy to copy a link, or the arrow to open it.
QR code
Print the QR code for your counter, door or receipts. People scan it and book. Click Download the QR code for a picture file.
On your website
Copy the code under On your website and paste it where the booking page should appear.
Private links
Under A private link, or a few times you choose, make a link for one customer. It needs Standard or up.
- Choose the Appointment, and add a Label that only you see.
- Set Works for (days). 0 means it doesn't run out.
- Leave Works once ticked so the link stops after one booking.
- To offer only certain times, pick a date and click the times. Do this for as many dates as you like. Leave them out to show every free time.
- Click Make the link and send it.
A private link also works for an appointment type that is hidden from the public page. Your open links are listed below, with Copy and Remove.
How your page looks
Go to Settings > Booking page:
- Address - the part after
book.php?b=. Old links stop working when you change it. - Heading and A few words for your customers. Your logo comes from Business details.
- Main colour and First screen (a list or cards) - Standard and up.
- Language - on Free, the page is in English only. On Standard and up, choose the visitor's own language, or fix it to English, Spanish, French or Portuguese.
- Page title and Description for search engines, and Google Analytics measurement ID - Professional and up. Analytics gets page views and one "booking" event, with no customer details.
- Custom CSS - Business.
On the Free plan, the Ellibo mark shows on your page and in your emails. On paid plans it doesn't, and there is nothing to switch.
Stopping spam bookings
Bookings from one email address on the page stop at 12 in a day. On Professional and up, the Blocklist under Settings stops an email address or a whole domain, such as @example.com, from booking.
Your address
Your page always lives at an Ellibo address. You can't connect your own domain, but the embed puts the page on your own website.
