Pay now links

Once online payments are connected, every unpaid invoice gets a Pay now link. Customers pay in a few taps, and the payment is recorded for you.

Where customers see Pay now

• On the invoice
• In emails: invoice emails and payment reminders.
• In the Subscriptions customer portal, next to each unpaid invoice.

You can also copy an invoice's payment page link yourself, for example from Copy link in CRM, and send it by WhatsApp or text message.

When a customer pays

1. The customer opens the link and pays with UPI, card, net banking or a wallet.
2. Ellibo records the payment against the invoice by itself. The invoice shows as paid, and the customer's balance updates.
3. The money waits in the Razorpay Clearing account in your books until Razorpay pays it out to your bank.

Good to know

• Pay now is for paying an invoice. Ellibo doesn't save customers' cards or charge them automatically. Each invoice is paid by the customer.
• In Accounting, Online Payments appears in the menu once you've connected, with every online payment listed.
