Set up online payments

Connect your own Razorpay account once, and customers can pay your invoices online from Accounting, Inventory, CRM and Subscriptions.

Online payments work on every plan. The money goes to your own Razorpay account and then to your bank, as usual. Ellibo never holds your money.

Customers can pay by UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

Before you start

• A Razorpay account for your business. Sign up on their website if you don't have one.
• You must be an admin of the business in Ellibo.

Connect

1. Open Integrations: in Accounting, Inventory, CRM or Subscriptions, go to Settings › Integrations.
2. In the Razorpay Dashboard, open Account & Settings › API Keys and generate a key. Use Test mode first to try it.
3. In Ellibo, paste the Key Id and Key Secret.
4. Optional: the Webhook secret you typed in Razorpay.
5. Under Payments go into, keep Razorpay Clearing (recommended).
6. Click Connect Razorpay.

The secret is checked with Razorpay, stored encrypted, and never shown again. To change it later, click Update keys or settings.
