Sign forms

A public link or QR code people open, fill in and sign themselves - consent forms, NDAs, sign-ups.

A sign form (Professional) is a public link made from a template. Whoever opens it enters their name and email, fills in the template and signs. Their signed copy is emailed to them, and the document lands in Documents like any other.

Make one

  1. Make a template whose first role has no fixed email - that is the person filling in the form. Other roles (like your manager who counter-signs) need a fixed name and email.
  2. Sign forms > New sign form: name it, pick the template, add an intro.
  3. Options: Check their email with a code first (recommended), the most responses, and a closing date.

Share it

Copy the link to your website, emails or messages, or open the QR code and print it for the counter or a poster.

Responses shows the documents made from it. Close a form any time; its link then says it is closed.
