The customers you serve, their places, and the equipment you look after - with warranty, history and QR labels.

Customers

Customers lists your customers with their open jobs, equipment and contracts. Customers are shared with Accounting, CRM and every Ellibo app - add them anywhere.

Open a customer to see their jobs, ratings and what they owe, and to copy their portal link.

Sites

A customer's places - a branch, a home, a factory. Add them on the customer page with the address, contact and access notes (gate code, parking, timings). Jobs at a site take its address.

Equipment

Equipment is what you install and look after: an AC unit, a lift, a printer. Record the brand, model, serial number, install date and warranty (a date, or months from install).

• Jobs on equipment under warranty are free (labour and parts).
• The equipment page shows every visit and every part fitted.
• QR label prints labels to stick on the equipment. Your team scanning it opens the equipment; a customer scanning it can ask for a service.

Equipment and contracts show on the customer in CRM and in Accounting too.
