Parts and van stock

Parts used on jobs, each technician's van stock and loading vans from the store.

Parts on a job

On the job, Parts - search your items or type a part. Tracked items leave stock when the job is completed (straight away on a finished job). Removing a part, or reopening the job, puts the stock back.

Van stock

With Ellibo Inventory, add a warehouse for each van (Inventory > Settings > Warehouses). Then, in Users, choose each technician's van. Their parts come out of their van; others come out of the main stock.

Parts & van stock shows what is in each van and the parts used on jobs. Load a van moves stock from the store to a van (or back).
