Reports

Production, delays, cost, OEE, quality, job work and following a batch or serial number.

Go to Reports. Open a report, choose the dates, and click CSV to download it. A report your plan doesn't include shows a lock.

Production

• Production analysis - what was made, how much, and what it cost, by product.
• Delays - open and finished orders past their deadline, and by how long.
• Allocation - which order has reserved which stock, and who is still short.
• Work orders - expected and real time of each step, with the difference.
• Operators - time worked by each operator and its cost.

Costs

• Cost analysis - planned against real material, labour and overhead on each order.
• Scrap - what was thrown away, why, and what it cost.
• Work in progress - open orders with labour and overhead in unfinished work.

Machines

• OEE - how much of each work centre's time was fully productive. It is worked out from the time recorded and the reasons chosen when work stopped, not read from machines.
• Work centre load - planned hours on each work centre, day by day.
• Maintenance - requests, failures, time between failures and repair time per equipment.

Quality

• Quality - checks done, passed and failed, by control point.
• Quality alerts - alerts by stage, root cause and how long they took to solve.

Subcontracting

• Job work - what is with each job worker and what has come back.

Traceability

Follow a batch or serial number shows what it was made from, and where it went. It comes with Standard and above.

Which plan

• Standard - production reports, cost analysis, scrap and traceability.
• Professional - adds work in progress, work centre load, quality and job work.
• Business - adds OEE and maintenance.
