Free trial and plans
Every app starts with a 14-day free trial of every feature. After that you stay on the Free plan or choose a paid plan. Your data is always kept.
The free trial
When you start an app for a business, you get 14 days with every feature unlocked. You don't need a card.
- The days left show at the top of the app, for example 14 days left in trial — Upgrade.
- During the trial, the number of users is the same as on the Free plan.
When the trial ends
If you don't choose a plan, the business moves to the Free plan of that app. Nothing is deleted. Features that aren't in the Free plan lock, and a note tells you which plan includes them.
Plans
Each app has its own plans, so you only pay for the apps you use:
- Free: the basics, free for ever.
- Standard, Professional and Business: each adds more users, more limits and more features.
How a plan is counted depends on the app:

You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly costs less, as the plan page shows.
Add-ons
Add-ons raise a single limit without changing plan, for example one extra user. You find them under the plans on the upgrade page.
See the plans for your business
Open the app and click Upgrade Plan (POS) or Plan & Billing. The page shows your current plan, the plans with prices in your currency, and what each one includes.
