Your structure
Departments, locations and lists such as document types and reasons for leaving. A location can also have a clock-in distance and a list of office network addresses. See Attendance and shifts.
Time
Leave types and shifts. See Leave and holidays and Attendance and shifts. Kiosks and devices are here too. See Kiosks and devices.
Pay
Pay lines and salary templates are for the Payroll role. See Salaries and pay lines.
Templates
Letter templates, joining and exit checklists, and HR help categories.
Custom fields
Add your own fields to employee records, from Standard: text, number, date, a choice list or yes / no.
Automation
From Business, a rule acts when something happens:
- an employee is added
- an employee leaves
- leave is approved
- a pay run is approved
- someone resigns
- an HR question comes in
A rule can tell someone, email an address or call a web address.
API and webhooks
From Business, make an API key. A key acts as the person who made it, with their HR role. Webhooks send signed messages when those same events happen, and retry if your server doesn't answer. Salary, bank and tax numbers are never sent in webhooks.
Custom roles and the audit log
From Business. See Users and roles. The audit log shows who changed settings, roles, rates, salaries and pay runs, and when.
