Documents and letters
Store documents with expiry dates, ask people to sign off policies, and make letters.
Documents are on Standard and above. Go to Documents.
A person's documents
Add ID proofs, contracts and certificates to an employee's record, with a document type, a number and a valid-until date. Each file can be up to 15 MB.
People can add their own documents too. You can keep a document for HR's eyes only, or let the person see it.
To see what is running out, use the Documents ending soon report. See Reports.
Documents for everyone
A policy or handbook can be for the whole business. Turn on needs sign-off to ask people to read and confirm it. The app records who confirmed and when.
This sign-off is a record that someone read the document. For a signature with a full audit trail, use Ellibo Sign.

Company assets
Note what you have given each person, such as a laptop or a uniform, with its tag and the date issued. Mark the return date when it comes back. The exit checklist reminds you. See Onboarding and exits.
