Surveys

Go to Surveys and make one. Choose a kind: a recommend score, a quick pulse or a longer engagement survey. Questions can be a 0 to 10 score, a scale, stars, one choice, several choices or a comment.

You can send a survey to chosen departments or locations, set open and close dates, and repeat it every few months.

Anonymous surveys

Surveys are anonymous unless you change that. Who answered is kept apart from what they said, so nobody can match them up.

Results stay hidden until at least 3 people have answered, so a very small group can't be picked out. You can raise that number.

Announcements

Go to Announcements and write your news. Send it to everyone, or to chosen departments or locations. Pin important ones to the top, and set a date for them to stop showing.

Announcements stay in HR. For a signed record that people read something, use a document with sign-off.
