Reorder stock

See every item at or below its reorder level, with how much to buy, and turn the list into purchase orders.

Set reorder levels

Give each item a Reorder level and a Preferred vendor on the item form. See Add items.

Reorder

1. Go to Items › Reorder Stock. Items at or below their reorder level in each warehouse are listed, grouped by preferred vendor, with a suggested quantity. The suggestion counts stock already on order and stock committed to open sales orders.
2. Tick the items and check the quantities.
3. Click Create purchase order. A purchase order is made for each vendor.
4. Check each purchase order and send it.

Low stock alerts

• The Low Stock / Reorder report lists items at or below their reorder level.
• With Weekly summary email on, Inventory admins get the low-stock list every Monday morning.
