Coupons

Give a percent or an amount off a subscription's invoices - once, for some invoices or for ever.

Make a coupon

1. Go to Catalogue > Coupons and click + New Coupon.
2. Enter the Code customers type, for example WELCOME10, and a Name for yourself.
3. Under Discount, choose Percent off or Amount off, and enter How much.

4. Under Applies to, choose:

   • The first invoice only
   • A number of invoices, and enter how many
   • Every invoice
5. Under For, choose Every plan, or Some plans and tick them.
6. Optional: Times it can be used and Valid until.
7. Click Save coupon.

Coupons are in the Standard plan and above.

Use a coupon

• On a new subscription: type the code in Coupon on the subscription form. The Summary shows the discount.
• On a running subscription: open it and click Apply coupon. The discount starts from the next invoice.

The discount comes off the plan and its recurring add-ons. Setup fees and one-time add-ons are not discounted. A subscription has one coupon at a time.

To stop the discount, open the subscription and click Remove coupon.

When a coupon is refused

A coupon can't be used when it is turned off, its Valid until date has passed, it has been used as many times as it allows, or it is not for the subscription's plan.

When a subscription moves to a plan its coupon is not for, the coupon comes off.
