Subscription boxes

Ship goods every period, such as a weekly vegetable box or a monthly coffee club, with stock taken from Ellibo Inventory.

Subscription boxes are part of the Professional plan and above.

Set up a box plan

1. Make or open a plan under Plans & Add-ons.
2. Tick Ships goods every period (subscription box).
3. Under Bills as (item on the invoice), choose the item that's shipped. It must be goods that track stock.
4. Save.

Each period

Each renewal invoice takes the item out of stock, from the warehouse chosen on the subscription. Pack and ship the box in Ellibo Inventory as usual.
