Users and roles in Subscriptions
Invite your team, each with a role that sets what they can do.
Invite someone
- Go to Settings › Users, click Invite someone new and enter their email address.
- Choose their role and send the invitation.
They join from the link in the email.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including users, settings and the plan. |
| Manager | Subscriptions, plans and add-ons, reports and settings. Not users or the plan. |
| Staff | Add and manage subscriptions, and record payments. Not plans, reports or settings. |
| Viewer | Read-only: subscriptions, customers, invoices and the dashboard. |

Free 2, Standard 5, Professional 15 and Business unlimited. Add more with the Extra user add-on from Plan & Billing.
