Customers and import

Your subscribers are the same customers as in Ellibo Accounting. Add them as you go, or import your customers and running subscriptions from Excel.

Customers

Customers shows your Subscribers, or All customers. From each row you can Record payment or open their Portal link. Export the list with Excel. Customers are shared with Ellibo Accounting, Inventory and CRM, so a customer you already have doesn't need adding again.

To add a customer while creating a subscription, click + New next to the customer box.

Import from Excel

1. Go to Customers and click the import button.
2. Download the template and fill in one row per customer.
3. Choose your file. Ellibo checks each row and shows any problems.
4. Fix the rows it flags, then import.

Move subscriptions from another billing tool

The import page has a second tab, Subscriptions, for subscriptions already running somewhere else. For each one, give the customer, the plan and the Next Billing Date: when the next invoice should be made. The period before that counts as already billed, so no invoice is made now, and Ellibo takes over from the next renewal.

From a CRM deal

When you win a deal in Ellibo CRM for a regular service, click Start a subscription on the deal. The customer and plan are filled in for you.
