Get started with Timesheets

Start Timesheets, set it up in four steps, and see what each plan includes.

Ellibo Timesheets keeps each person's time on one weekly sheet. Managers approve whole weeks, and approved hours can go into invoices and pay. It runs on the same sign-in and the same business as your other Ellibo apps.

It records what people worked on. Attendance, shifts, overtime and salary live in Ellibo HR.

Start Timesheets

Open Timesheets from All Apps and choose your business, or create one. The business owner starts it and becomes its Admin. Every new business gets a 14-day trial with every feature, for up to 50 people, and no other app has to be started.

Set up in four steps

Home shows these steps until you have added a job and logged some time.

1. Add your first job. It can be work for a client, or internal work like "Admin". See Clients and jobs.
2. Add your people, and who approves their time. If you use Ellibo HR, your employees are already there. See People and rates.
3. Log your first hours. Use the weekly sheet, or start a timer. See Log your time.
4. Check your work week. Set the first day, the working days and the hours. See Settings.

Projects from Ellibo Projects appear on the sheet by themselves, so you don't add a job for them.

Plans

Timesheets is priced per person a month. A person is anyone whose time you keep, with or without a sign-in. Viewers don't take a seat.

• Free - up to 3 people, with the weekly timesheet and timer, clients and jobs, and hours reports.
• Standard - adds whole-week approvals and locked periods, reminders, time from your other Ellibo apps on one sheet, CSV export, and no Ellibo branding.
• Professional - adds invoices from approved hours with rates by job or person, hours to pay, and more reports: missing time, profit by client, and attendance against timesheet.
• Business - adds workflow rules, the API and webhooks, custom roles, the audit log and priority support.

Paid plans have a minimum of 3 people, and a year costs the same as 10 months. The free trial includes every plan's features. See Free trial and plans.

After the trial, your business moves to the Free plan unless you choose another. Your records stay. Features outside your plan lock, and you can't add people past your plan's limit.

On your phone

Open Ellibo Timesheets in your phone's browser and choose Install or Add to home screen. It isn't a store app. The sheet shows one day at a time on a phone.
