Reports
Each report, who sees what, and downloading a CSV.
Go to Reports, choose a report, and choose the days. It opens on this month.
Each person sees only the people they may see: their own time, their team's, or everyone's for Admins, Finance and Viewers.
On every plan
- Hours by client - where the time went, with billable and non-billable hours.
- Hours by person - each person's expected, logged and billable hours, and their utilisation. Utilisation is billable hours against expected hours.
- Hours by job or project - every job, project, field job and ticket, and the app it came from.
Time from your other apps is included on the Standard plan and up, when it is turned on in Settings.
On Professional
- Missing time - who logged less than expected, by week.
- Profit by client - what the hours bill against what they cost. Only Admins and Finance see it. Billable value counts Timesheets' own jobs. Projects, field jobs and tickets add their cost only, because their billing has its own rules in those apps.
- Attendance against timesheet - hours at work in Ellibo HR beside hours logged here. It needs HR, and people with an HR record. It is for checking only, and changes nobody's attendance or pay.
All time
Admins, Managers, Finance and Viewers also have All time. It lists each row of time, with its status and the app it came from. Filter it by days, person and app.
CSV
On the Standard plan and up, click CSV at the top of a report or of All time. The figures are the same as on the screen.
