Customer price lists

Special prices for dealers, partners or any group of customers, used on their new subscriptions by themselves.

Make a price list

1. Go to Catalogue > Price Lists and click + New Price List.
2. Enter a Name, for example Dealers.

3. Under Prices, choose:

   • Every price up or down by a percent: choose Less by or More by and enter the Percent.
   • My own price for each plan / add-on: enter a price for each plan and add-on on the list. Leave one blank to use its own price.
4. Click Save price list.

Price lists are in the Professional plan and above.

Give a customer a price list

1. Open the customer from Sales > Customers.
2. Next to Price list, click Change, choose the list and save.

How it is used

When you create a subscription for the customer, or change its plan, and leave the price blank, the price list's price is used. The form says so under the price.

• A price you type yourself always wins.
• Subscriptions already running keep their prices.
• Volume and tiered plans keep their own price bands.
