Import items and opening stock

Bring in your item list and the stock you have in each warehouse from Excel, and export your stock any time.

Go to Settings › Import / Export.

Import

1. Choose what to import:

   • Items: your item list with codes, prices and tax.
   • Opening stock by warehouse: how much of each item is in each warehouse when you start.
2. Click Download template, fill it in and keep the column headings as they are.
3. Choose your file. Ellibo checks each row and shows what it will add and any problems.
4. Fix the rows it flags, then import.

A row whose SKU or barcode is already used by another item is flagged, so you don't end up with two items under one code.

Export

Click Export to download All items with stock by warehouse as an Excel file, for example for a stock check or for your accountant.
