Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is lost. Your business moves to the Free plan (1 warehouse, 50 orders a month, 1 user), and you can upgrade any time from Inventory → Plan & Billing.
Can my team use the trial?
The trial opens every feature for 1 user, the same seats as the Free plan. Upgrade to a paid plan to add your team.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
What if my paid plan expires?
Your data stays safe and Inventory turns read-only: you can still view, print and export everything. Renew to add or change entries again.
Is Inventory priced separately from the other Ellibo apps?
Yes. Each Ellibo app has its own plan, so you only pay for the apps you use. Your account, businesses and team are shared across apps.
Why does the price change with the country?
Prices are set per country and charged in your local currency where available. The country of your business decides the price at checkout.
