What is Ellibo Inventory?
Cloud inventory and order management for businesses: warehouses, sales and purchase orders, packages, shipments, purchase receives, batches, serial numbers and stock reports - with invoices, bills and payments built in. It works in any web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.
Do I need Ellibo Accounting to use Inventory?
No. Inventory works on its own: create your business, invite your team and run stock, orders, invoices and payments. If you add Accounting later, everything is already there.
When does stock go out - on the invoice or the shipment?
You choose. By default invoices and bills move stock. Switch to "shipments & receives" and stock moves when goods physically leave or arrive, even before the invoice or bill.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Indian businesses get GST (CGST, SGST, IGST, HSN); everywhere else gets one VAT / GST / sales tax per line, in your own currency.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, with Inventory roles: Admin, Manager, Staff (packs, ships, receives and counts stock) and Viewer (read-only). Adjustments and large transfers can wait for a manager's approval.
Can I scan barcodes?
