What is Ellibo Subscriptions?
Recurring billing for businesses that charge customers every month or year: make plans, put customers on them, and an invoice is made automatically at the start of every period - posted to your books, emailed to the customer, chased if unpaid.
What happens when a customer upgrades or downgrades?
Change it now and the difference for the rest of the period is charged on an invoice (upgrade) or given back as a credit note (downgrade) - or set the change for the next renewal.
Are the invoices VAT / GST-ready?
Yes. Every renewal is a normal VAT / GST invoice in your Ellibo books - numbered, taxed and posted like one you make by hand. Ellibo Accounting and Inventory see them, and your reports include them.
Can I offer free trials and setup fees?
Yes. Give a plan a free trial and a one-time setup fee; add-ons can be charged on every invoice (e.g. "Extra user") or once (e.g. "Installation").
How do customers pay?
Record payments by UPI, bank transfer, card or cash; reminders go out for overdue invoices. On paid plans, each customer gets a private portal link to see their subscriptions and invoices and ask to change or cancel. Automatic card charging is coming next.
Do I get MRR and churn numbers?
Yes. The dashboard shows monthly recurring revenue, its trend, new and churned subscriptions; paid plans add MRR movement, churn by month with reasons, revenue by plan and upcoming renewals.
