Ellibo POS in the browser hands the bill, KOT or label to the IoT Box on the same PC, and the IoT Box prints it.
Printing from tablets and iPads (Cloud Printing)
The tablet puts the print in your business's secure print queue at Ellibo. The paired PC checks the queue every few seconds and prints it.
Check every printer with one click
Every printer in the IoT Box has its own Test button. It prints a short test slip that shows the printer name, what it is used for and the PC, so you can tell which printer is which. The cash drawer has a Test button too.

Get started in four steps
Install
Download the IoT Box and install it on the Windows PC your printers are connected to. Leave Run automatically on Windows startup ticked.
Choose printers
On This PC Printers, pick the receipt and label printers. Restaurants also pick a printer for each kitchen station. Click Test, then Save Settings.
Pair for tablets (optional)
In Ellibo POS, open Settings > Cloud Printing and click Pair a PC. Enter the 8-character code in the IoT Box, then choose which counters this PC prints for.
Start selling
Keep the IoT Box running, or minimised, while you're open. Bills, KOTs and labels now print on their own.
Questions
Do I need the IoT Box to print from Ellibo POS?
No. Without it, Ellibo POS prints through your browser's normal print window. With the IoT Box, prints come out straight away with no dialog, and KOTs go to the right kitchen station without anyone choosing a printer.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows PCs. Mac, Android tablets and iPads print through a Windows PC that runs the IoT Box, using Cloud Printing.
Can I use more than one PC?
Yes. Pair each PC that has printers. Each PC can print receipts for up to 10 counters. You also choose which PC prints KOTs and labels, and which one is the outlet's default receipt printer.
Is Cloud Printing secure?
A PC can only be paired with a one-time code that a manager or admin creates in Ellibo POS. Each paired PC gets its own secret key and only receives prints from your business. You can unpair a PC at any time, from the IoT Box or from Ellibo POS.
What happens if I close the IoT Box window?
It asks whether you want to minimise it instead, so printing doesn't stop by mistake. If you installed it to run on Windows startup, it starts again on its own every day.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The IoT Box and Cloud Printing come with every Ellibo POS plan, including the free plan.
