Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is lost. Your business moves to the Free plan (3 users, 2 active projects), and you can upgrade any time from Projects → Plan & Billing.
What if I have more projects than the Free plan allows?
Everything you have stays. Archive finished projects to make room, or upgrade to add more.
How many users can each plan have?
Free has 3 users. Standard is for teams of up to 50 people; Professional and Business have no limit. You pay for the users you choose, and can add more any time from Plan & Billing. Client users in the client portal don't take one of your seats.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
Is it priced separately from the other Ellibo apps?
Yes. Each Ellibo app has its own plan, so you only pay for what you use - or take Ellibo One for every app. Your account, businesses, customers and books are shared across apps.
