Activity log and bulk changes

See who changed plans, prices, settings and subscriptions, and change many subscriptions at once.

Activity log

Settings › Activity log lists every change made in Subscriptions and through the API. Each line shows when, who, what and from where (the app or the API). Click a line to open what it was about. Filter by date, person or words, and download it to Excel.

What happened to each subscription (renewals, payments, emails) is also in its own History.

The activity log is in the Business plan.

Bulk changes

On the Subscriptions list, tick the subscriptions you want (or the box at the top for the whole page), then choose:

• Set salesperson;
• Email invoices: on or off;
• Cancel at term end, with a reason. Only live subscriptions are cancelled; the others are left as they are.

Up to 500 at a time. Each change shows in the subscriptions' history and in the activity log.
