Pricing questions
Who counts as a technician?
Anyone who goes on jobs - every Technician, and any admin or dispatcher you switch on "Goes on jobs" for. Admins, dispatchers and viewers who stay in the office are free.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is lost. Your business moves to the Free plan (2 technicians), and you can upgrade any time from Field Service → Plan & Billing.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
Is it priced separately from the other Ellibo apps?
Yes. Each Ellibo app has its own plan, so you pay only for what you use - or take Ellibo One for every app. Your account, customers, stock and books are shared across apps.
