What is Ellibo Sign?
E-signatures for growing businesses: upload a contract, quote, offer letter or form, choose who signs and in what order, place the signature and other fields on the pages, and send. Each person signs from their own private link on any phone, tablet or computer - no account or app needed - and everyone gets the signed PDF with its certificate of completion.
Is an electronic signature legally valid?
For most business documents, yes - electronic signatures are recognised under e-signature laws such as ESIGN and UETA in the US and eIDAS in the EU. A few documents still need a handwritten or special digital signature (for example wills, powers of attorney and property sale deeds in India). Ellibo Sign records the evidence courts look for: who signed, how they were checked, when, from which device and IP address, and that the file was not changed afterwards.
How do I know a signed PDF has not been changed?
Every finished document is sealed with a digital signature, so a PDF reader shows whether anything was changed after signing. The certificate of completion lists the original file's fingerprint, and anyone can check a copy on our verify page: a genuine copy matches the fingerprint Ellibo Sign kept.
How are signers checked?
Each signer opens a private link sent to their own email. For more important documents, ask for a one-time code sent to their email or phone, or an access code you give them yourself. Every check is recorded in the audit trail.
Can I get quotes and invoices signed from my other Ellibo apps?
Yes. On a quote, sales order, invoice or purchase order, a CRM deal, a delivery challan, a subscription quote or a project, click "Send for signature". The document's own PDF and the customer are filled in for you, and the signed copy shows on the record. A signed CRM quote is marked accepted and can become an order or invoice and win the deal by itself.
Can people sign in a set order?
Yes. One after another - each gets the email when the one before has finished - or all at once. Give two people the same number to send to them together. Approvers approve, viewers confirm they have read it, and others simply get the signed copy.
What can signers fill in?
Signatures (drawn, typed or uploaded), initials, name, email, date signed, company, job title, text and numbers, checkboxes, radio choices, drop-downs, attachments, a company stamp and formulas - and fields that show only when another one is ticked or chosen.
Can customers sign in person?
Yes. Hand your phone or tablet to the customer at the counter or on site: the signing is recorded as hosted by you.
Can I send the same agreement to many people?
Yes. Save it as a template, then send it in seconds, to a whole list at once with bulk send, or as a public sign form - a link or QR code people fill in and sign themselves, like a consent form or an NDA.
