Pricing questions
Do the people who sign need a plan?
No. Anyone you send a document to signs for free, without an account. You pay only for the people in your business who send documents.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is lost. Your business moves to the Free plan (1 user, 5 documents a month), documents already sent can still be signed, and you can upgrade any time from Sign → Plan & Billing.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
Is it priced separately from the other Ellibo apps?
Yes. Each Ellibo app has its own plan, so you only pay for what you use - or take Ellibo One for every app. Your account, businesses, customers and books are shared across apps.
