Pricing questions
Who counts as an office user?
Anyone with the Admin, Planner, or Quality & maintenance role. Operators and viewers are always free, and people on the floor can be added as operators with no sign-in at all.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is lost. Your business moves to the Free plan (2 office users, 30 orders a month), and you can upgrade any time from Manufacturing → Plan & Billing.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
What does paying yearly cost?
A year costs the same as 10 months.
What counts towards the 30 orders on the Free plan?
Manufacturing orders made in each calendar month. Paid plans have no limit on orders.
Which plan has the shop floor screen?
Professional and Business. On Free and Standard, your operators can still use each order's page. The plans above list everything that comes with each one.
Is it priced separately from the other Ellibo apps?
Yes. Each Ellibo app has its own plan, so you pay only for what you use - or take Ellibo One for every app. Your account, items, stock and books are shared across apps.
