Paid plans have a minimum of 3 people. A year costs the same as 10 months. Every new business gets a 14-day trial of every feature, for up to 50 people, with no card. Taxes may apply at checkout.

Pricing questions
Who counts as a person?
Anyone whose time you keep, with or without a sign-in. A worker whose manager enters their time counts. Viewers don't take a seat, because they only read time and reports.
Why a minimum of 3 people?
Paid plans are billed for at least 3 people. So 2 people on Standard cost the same as 3: $6 a month before tax.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your business moves to the Free plan or a plan you choose. Your records stay. Features outside your plan lock, and if you have more than 3 people on Free, you can't add more until you upgrade.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
What does paying yearly cost?
A year costs the same as 10 months.
Which plan do I need to send hours to pay?
Professional. Approved hours of people paid by the hour go into the Ellibo HR pay run, or into a CSV for any payroll. Running payroll in HR needs HR's own plan.
Is Timesheets priced apart from the other Ellibo apps?
Yes. Each Ellibo app has its own plan, so you pay only for what you use. Your sign-in and business are shared across apps.
